5。5节的来历及忻州HAM发展的状况。。

&lt;P&gt; ５月５号，对于中国的业余无线电爱好者而言，是一个盛大的节日。1937年7月7日，日寇发动了[卢沟桥事变]，抗日战争全面爆发，中国业余无线电爱好者的抗日情绪高涨。为使业余无线电爱好者的技术能更好地贡献于抗日救国大业，1937年10月[业余无线电人员战时服务团]在南京成立，隶属于军事委员会第六部。1938年，在长沙出版了QSL业余无线电杂志。爱国业余无线电爱好者于1940年5月5日以红槽房为主会场，举行了第一次全国性的空中年会。参加的有成都，昆明，桂林，重庆等地业余电台。在这次年会上，大家一致通过了该日为[业余无线电节]。年会后不久，成立了“中国业余无线电协会（CARL）”。此后，CARL以及各地分会曾多次以空中年会形式加以庆祝，并和电机工程师学会等无线电专业协会一起举办无线电展览等活动，到1949年为止总共举办将近十次空中年会。1994年5月5日，台湾海峡两岸的业余无线电爱好者恢复了对中国业余无线电节的庆祝。从那时起，14.180 MHz以海峡两岸的老业余家为骨干的中国网络（Brave Net） 电波就一直没有中断过，象征着一个历史悠久的中国的HAM 的团结、友爱、进步。所以，每年的５月５号，中国各地的业余无线电爱好者都举办各种活动来庆祝他们自己的节日。&lt;/P&gt;<br>
&lt;P&gt; 相对于全国的特别是经济发达地区的业余无线电活动而言，我们忻州的业余无线电爱好者虽然在近几年来也搞得比较好，在一定的范围内也有一定的影响，但是无论从数量、还是活动层次，跟发达地区还有很大的差距。业余无线电是一项十分普及的群众性科技文化活动，吸引着全世界290万业余无线电爱好者的积极参与。其内容主要包括设立业余电台参加全球范围的通信活动、无线电测向活动、探讨电子领域的无线电制作活动、自然灾害时为社会提供应急通信服务等等。我国的业余无线电的起源可以追溯到上世纪二十年代，具有八十年以上的发展历史。然而，我们忻州的业余无线电的发展起步于上个世纪90年代中期，由开始的几个人发展到现在的20余人，其发展的速度与当今社会的各项事业的蓬勃发展的速度是不相适应的。但是，在我们忻州HAM的共同努力下，自己架设了400MHz中继台，并连续几年搞了几次野外应急通讯演习，搞得比较成功， 也逐步引起了外界的对忻州HAM的关注，逐步形成了忻州HAM在全国业余无线电领域占有一席之地。特别是今年的“5。5节”活动，受到了媒体的高度关注，忻州电视台、忻州网全程跟踪报道了这次活动的整个过程，通过这次活动及媒体的积极参与，我们忻州HAM在全国HAM界又塑造了一个良好的形象。这将对忻州HAM的发展，更是对外界了解忻州HAM，了解忻州，有着很重要的意义。通过媒体的进一步宣传，也使忻州社会各界，对忻州HAM这个自发的群体有了新的认识，这将会对促进忻州HAM的发展以及忻州HAM对社会活动的参与，起着积极的推动作用。&lt;/P&gt;<br>
&lt;P&gt; 让我们发扬５５精神，以电波传友谊，７３寄深情，大家共同遵照业余无线电爱好者准则：体谅 Considerate、忠诚 Loyal、进取 Progressive、友爱 Friendly、适度 Balanced、爱国 Patriotic，齐心协力，团结一致，共同推动我们忻州HAM业余无线电活动蓬勃发展，使忻州HAM事业迈向一个新的台阶。&lt;/P&gt;<br>
