有收入，有支出，怎么看不清楚呢
个别物资由俱乐部部分会员采购！！不一一列出了！ [color=#000000][font=宋体][size=14pt] 年会的财务帖子发的迟了，望大家见谅！由于忙也可以说是由于懒的去摆弄那些数字，因为实在是太麻烦了，那么大的活动，点点滴滴的都不能漏掉，另外还有就是想到很公平的去[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]AA[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]所有的费用更是难上加难，俱乐部会员很多，对一件事情的看待也是各有千秋，固而搞完大活动后这个算帐是最另人头疼的事情，我个人感觉要比组织活动本身都难，其中原因很多，一个是人们对活动的认识各有不同，活动花费也有不同意见，另外是人们参与活动的方式不同，一个大型活动分好几段，有的人参加这一段，有的人参加那一段，还有人只参加一小段，所以产生的费用也就不等，这个时候最难给大家平等的[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]AA[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]，这就是最犯愁的时候。计算不能很细、很公平的[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]AA[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]了，怕这些会员有意见，担心那些会员有说法，尽管已经很细致的去做了，也难免有些不平，导致一些人不理解，对俱乐部产生意见，我想这个要是很公平的去[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]AA[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]，光算帐这一项就的花费很多时间，起码在活动的时候的记住谁在什么时候参与的谁又在什么时候走的等等。这次活动也是这样，开始年会，后来吃饭，再后来歌舞，活动比较圆满，可是算帐又成了俱乐部的犯愁事情，开会的时候来了[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]50[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]多人，陆陆续续还有来的人，吃饭的时候又来了一些人，还走了一些人，吃完饭后唱歌又来了一些人，后来又走了一些人，唱歌中还陆陆续续的走了一些人，呵呵，说这些话也感觉很饶，更何况再算那些不属于财务人员的数字了，所以这次活动就按参与人数来统计，没吃饭的会员给退饭费，其他费用就是只要参与了就[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]AA[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=14pt] 本来奖品也是在[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]AA[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]范围的，这也是其他俱乐部一惯的做法，因为俱乐部没资金来源给大家发奖品，除非是有单位赞助等，开始预计参与会员能达到[/size][/font][size=14pt][font=Times New Roman]80-100[/font][/size][font=宋体][size=14pt]人，结果没预料的会员来的不多，固而，原来预计的费用短缺，最后决定由俱乐部来承担这一部分额外的资金。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
[color=#000000][font=宋体][size=14pt] 俱乐部是合法的社会团体，也是比较松散的大家庭，每次大活动需要所有会员的协力合作以及部分会员的鼎力帮助，才能让大家分享快乐，得以收获，所以有些事情需要大家理解、支持和信任。[/size][/font][size=14pt][/size][/color]
